Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at WheelCraftery.uk. We are proud to offer a premium, hassle-free shopping experience for all our UK customers. That is why we offer 100% Free Shipping on every single order, with absolutely no minimum spend required.

1. UK Domestic Shipping (100% Free)

We process and ship orders across the entire United Kingdom, including the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and UK islands.

  • Shipping Cost: Always £0.00 (FREE). There are no hidden fees, no minimum order values, and no subscription traps.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are packaged and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your premium wheel centre caps will arrive within 3 to 5 business days via standard UK couriers.

2. International Shipping

While UK shipping is completely free, we also ship our custom wheel accessories worldwide for our international car community:

  • European Shipping: 5 to 9 business days (Rates calculated at checkout).

  • Rest of the World (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.): 7 to 14 business days (Rates calculated at checkout).

⚠️ Customs & Duties Notice: For international orders shipped outside the UK, any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Tracking

The moment your order is handed over to the courier, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You can use this number to monitor your parcel's journey directly through our Track Order page in the main navigation menu. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate and update.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated 5 business days after receiving your shipping email, please contact our team at support@wheelcraftery.uk with your order number, and we will look into it instantly.

4. Lost, Misdelivered, or Damaged Items

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately. We cannot change the delivery address once the package has been dispatched, and we cannot offer refunds for items delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your wheel centre caps arrive damaged or cracked due to rough transit, take a quick photo of the items and the packaging and email it to support@wheelcraftery.uk within 48 hours. We will ship out a fresh replacement set completely free of charge.
