1. Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the same business day.

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable UK courier networks to ensure your parcel arrives securely.

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2 – 4 business days

  • Express UK Delivery: 1 – 2 business days

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link. You can use this link to follow your parcel’s journey and estimated delivery date.

4. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send the item.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking link shows no update for more than 5 business days past the expected delivery date, please get in touch so we can investigate with the courier.
